I received my massage therapy training at Santa Clara University of East and West in 2014. I believe that massage is useful for chronic pain, mobility, flexibility, and beneficial for promoting overall well-being as well as mental clarity. I promote wellness through deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial pain-release techniques. In addition to helping clients with my therapy skills, my intention is to be compassionate and present during my sessions. I am honored to share in this enriching profession!
In my free time I enjoy hiking, biking, and traveling to national parks to experience nature.
