I have a degree in Massage Therapy from De Anza College, having graduated in 2018. My experience extends to clients with discomfort due to constant business travel as well as repetitive activities like hiking, running, and extended periods of sitting for work. My goal is to help people feel better in their bodies, especially those experiencing everyday stress. I am quite proficient in adding stretching techniques throughout my myofascial massage in order to soften restrictions in the connective tissues. In my free time, I like to garden and cook: activities that bring me feelings of being happy and relaxed, whether outdoors or indoors in my kitchen.
