Her hands are powerful, and the pressure she applied was perfectly balanced–she worked out some very difficult knots, but I never felt any of the sharp twinges or pain that sometimes happen with deep tissue work. She was highly attentive to the details, like adjusting the heating pad because the room was a little chilly. She also uses a hip-mounted lotion container, allowing for uninterrupted, long, double-handed strokes without her constantly having to break contact.
