My approach is Integrative, combining various Therapeutic techniques to specifically address areas of concern, increase mobility and promote relaxation.

I have always had a deep respect for the ancient Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic traditions which emphasize balance and harmony. This wisdom sounds simple, but takes active work. By reducing  tension and stress, healthy physical and mental functioning may follow.

Massage Therapy can be a key component to reaching and maintaining these goals. I am looking forward and committed to building trust and communication with clients, and grateful to be working along side so many educated, compassionate Therapists.

I am a lover of nature and get outside as often as possible.
