Home exercises to help improve our posture!
If you spend eight hours a day in front of a computer, chances are you’ve caught yourself slouching. Your shoulders roll forward, your head creeps toward the screen, and by the end of the day your neck feels stiff and your upper back aches.
At Palo Alto Massage Therapy Center, we hear this almost every day. Clients come in with tight shoulders, sore necks, and aching backs after long hours at their desks. Regular massage is a great way to relieve muscle tension and keep your body feeling its best.
