Antonio Espinosa, CMT, is a graduate of National Holistic Institute, with core and advanced studies. At Massage Therapy Center Palo Alto he offers Clinical Deep Tissue Massage, Deep Work Massage, Neuromuscular Release, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, and Trigger Point Release. He is also an Ananda certified meditation teacher and practitioner who strives to live a balanced life of joy, meaning, and service.

Antonio is fascinated by how bodies work and takes specialized classes so he can continue to learn and better serve his clients. He is very interested in movement assessment, to give clients a somatic understanding of their neuro-muscular-skeletal issues and maximize treatment results.

Before moving into the healing arts with focus on massage therapy and bodywork, Antonio worked as an investment analyst. He is a devoted soccer fan for his Argentinian club team and follows South American soccer tournaments. He has a passion for traveling and meeting new friends around the world.
