Massage Therapy Center Policies:

(1) If you are booking more than one session on the same day, the no-charge cancellation or rescheduling is 24 hours prior to the session time. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your sessions, then we will charge the full amount because your cancellation or rescheduling will incur a large income loss for our therapists. 

(2) For clients who do same-day cancel frequently, we reserve the right to refuse providing services in the future. Same-day cancellations are very disruptive to our therapists as it can be very challenging to find another client to fill the spot that was cancelled/rescheduled.
